Recruiting Coordinator
LaSalle Network is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare team in Greensboro, North Carolina to hire a Physician Recruitment Coordinator, supporting the full lifecycle of provider recruitment and onboarding. This role combines administrative precision, marketing creativity, and data management expertise to help attract top medical talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate travel, interviews, meetings, and calendars
- Support onboarding processes including paperwork, orientation, I-9 verification, and contract tracking
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms; assist with recruitment marketing strategies and reporting
- Maintain applicant tracking system data and assist hiring leaders with system navigation
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting materials; manage office supplies and communications
- Process financial documents including purchase orders and budget tracking; assist with cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate on departmental projects and adapt to shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, physician recruitment, or practice management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Fast learner and self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
