Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates may be considered.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms or virtual service delivery in educational settings is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Collaborative spirit with teachers, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for a diverse student caseload.
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver speech and language therapy services both in person and via teletherapy platforms.
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain timely documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process to maximize student outcomes.
