Your dedication to our core values will make all the difference as we achieve new heights together. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities
- Selling F&I products and services to our customers
- Attaining goals for gross production of financial services/products
- Review customer credit applications for completeness
- Utilize menu selling process 100%
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Communicate with sales team to ensure every customer is handled efficiently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all laws & regulatory obligations
- Ensure completion & submission of all financial documents where applicable
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Promote and help maintain outstanding CSI
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&I.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-end clientele.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Valid United States-issued driver’s license
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
