Mission

• Protect equipment performance through preventive maintenance and quick, accurate repairs
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with precision
• Complete inspections that ensure compliance and safety
• Document all maintenance actions clearly and completely
• Respond rapidly to urgent maintenance needs
• Collaborate with peers to optimize processes and reduce downtime
• Model safe work practices at all times
• Handle other assigned tasks that support operations

Your Fit

• Minimum of six (6) months mechanical work experience shown in your application work history, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)
• Eligible for rehire after 90 days away and fewer than three prior terms
• 18 years or older with valid identification
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Able to read and follow written assignments
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, or inclement weather
