Local business servicing Triangle homes and offices weekly with fresh produce is looking for the right person to grow with our family business.

Do you know your fresh fruits and vegetables or have a desire to learn All About Produce?

Our Produce Associate will sort, grade, package, and deliver produce during a 3-day part-time work week that runs Saturday-Monday. There is some flexibility around when weekend responsibilities can be executed, but Mondays start early - around 6:15. You will help with pick-ups from farmers and vendors, so the ability to lift 50 lbs is a must.

Operations work is performed mostly standing in a cool environment, which is nice for a hot-natured person. We work as a team but often on individual tasks, so you’ll need to be comfortable working alone as well as with others. A strong candidate will be self-governing, have a tidy appearance & clean driving record, and be a courteous driver who is disciplined not to be distracted by phone notifications while on the road. We'll trust you to handle our customers' orders with care, both as you prepare them and as you deliver them, to create a good experience for our customers and for those you encounter during the delivery process.

• Are able to stand while sorting, grading, packaging orders
• Will enjoy delivering orders using our vehicle
• Can consistently work a part-time 3-day week that runs Saturday - Monday
• Can lift 50 lbs.
• Will not freeze while working in cooler temperatures
• Enjoy working both alone and with a team
• Have a valid Driver License and a clean driving record
• Appreciate the value of good customer service
