Expo (Food Expeditor) – Countryside BBQ
Countryside BBQ is growing and looking for a dependable, high-energy Expo to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
The Expo is the final quality check before food leaves the kitchen and plays a key role in keeping service organized and on time. You are the quarterback of the line.
Responsibilities:
- Organize tickets and manage kitchen flow
- Communicate clearly between kitchen and front of house
- Ensure every plate meets our quality standards
- Stay calm and focused during busy rushes
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attitude (non-negotiable)
- Reliable and on time
- Strong communication skills
- Organized in a fast-paced environment
- Available Monday–Saturday
- Part-time and full-time positions available
Experience is a plus, but attitude and dependability matter most.
