Job Title: Overnight Logistics Associate
Location: New Bern, NC 28562
Pay Rate: $18/hr.

We are seeking a punctual and adaptable individual who is ready to commit to overnight work, learn legacy systems, and grow within a stable, team-oriented global logistics company in the Overnight Logistics Associate position. NOTE: During training this position will flex between 1st and 2nd shifts, then it will fully transition to 3rd shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Support
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.
• Utilizes legacy computer systems, operates printers, to track shipments, orders, inventory.
• Works collaboratively to maintain inventory accuracy for all shipments and orders.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to continuous process improvements.
Team Focus & Coordination
• Possess high level of associate involvement, teamwork, initiative.
• Exhibit strong commitment to customers, both internal and external.
• Strive for continuous improvement of oneself and the surrounding work environment.
• Effectively communicates and interacts with fellow associates.
• Ability to function well in an open-office team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing and able to work onsite 11pm-7am Monday through Friday; ideal candidate lives locally to ensure reliable commute for all scheduled overnight shifts.
• 1-2 years of logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing work experience.
• Technically proficient with basic computer programs and internet usage.
• Able to stand and walk 90 % of working time.
