- Support shipping and receiving operations by pulling parts, equipment, and products, including handling items manually and with material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Use electronic systems and software to maintain accurate inventory control, including monitoring, tracing, and tracking shipments.
- Work with exports and customs clearance shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Costpoint and Deltek systems, and adapt quickly to internal logistics and ERP systems to process orders, shipments, and reports.

- Familiarity with logistics processes involving defense, government, and export customers.
- Comfort using multiple electronic systems and adapting to new software tools for logistics and inventory management.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset when working with regulated products such as HAZMAT and defense items.
- Forklift experience or willingness to operate material handling equipment as needed.
Why Work Here?
You will join a stable operation with supportive teams and a collaborative environment where logistics expertise is valued and trusted. The organization offers a hands-on role with meaningful impact on critical products, along with the opportunity to deepen your experience in military, defense, and export logistics. You can expect a workplace that appreciates practical problem-solving, encourages learning new systems and processes, and provides a setting where experienced professionals can contribute directly to the success of the business.

Office spaces are climate-controlled and available for administrative and system-based tasks. The facility is in an older building but is described as a good place to work with strong, supportive teams. The position involves physical activity, including pulling parts and products and lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as operating or working around forklifts and other material handling equipment.
