Duration : 14 weeks
Shift : 3x12 Days
Pay : $2,340/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Tech in a healthcare facility in Greensboro, NC, on a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in both CT and X-Ray procedures, including both outpatient and emergency department (ED) settings. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform CT and X-Ray exams, including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/torso, musculoskeletal, and more.

• Execute specialized procedures such as brain perfusion, CTAs, and vascular imaging .

• Administer contrast media and ensure proper patient preparation for imaging procedures.

• Start and manage peripheral IVs, with an expected workload of 8-9 IVs per day.

• Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.

• Operate Siemens imaging equipment (Samsung X-Ray experience preferred).

• Use the PACS system for image storage and review.

• Ensure safe practices and infection control standards are maintained at all times.

• Flexibility to float to other Cone Health campuses as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CT Tech, with proficiency in both CT and X-Ray imaging.

• ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certifications required.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

• Experience in outpatient (adult & pediatric) and ED imaging .

• EPIC charting experience required.

• Ability to start and manage IVs, with an expected workload of 8-9 IVs per day.

• Experience with PACS and portable imaging equipment is required.

• Ability to perform both CT and X-Ray procedures, including cardiac CT , pulmonary vein CT , and virtual colonography .

• Experience with Siemens imaging systems (Samsung X-Ray experience is preferred).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with infants and pediatrics is a plus.

• Knowledge of CT brain perfusion, CTA , and vascular imaging procedures.

• Previous travel experience is a plus, but first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
