Press Brake Machine Operator - Manual - Mon - Thur
- The "Manual" Edge: Proven experience with mechanical press brakes. You understand that this isn't a "push-button" CNC job; it requires a deep understanding of metal behavior.
- Technical Knowledge: ability to determine proper tooling and setup sequences without computer assistance.
- Math Skills: Solid understanding of bend deductions and tolerances.
- Measurement Mastery: Expert-level ability to read a measuring tape and standard shop tools.

- Manual Setup & Operation: Independently set up and operate manual/mechanical press brakes (non-CNC).
- Precision Fabrication: Select the correct dies and calculate bend allowances/tolerances to form material exactly to drawing specifications.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and translate them into high-quality finished parts.
- Quality Control: Use a measuring tape, calipers, and protractors to ensure every bend is spot-on.
