HVAC Technician

A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for an HVAC Technician looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. HVAC Technician experience is required! Clean MVR Report required as travel is a requirement for this opportunity!!

salary: $54,080 - $58,240 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections

• Ensure compliance with all HVAC industry codes, safety, and facility regulations • Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders

• Collaborate with property and facility teams to meet project timelines

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 5lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Certified HVAC Technician (5 years of experience is preferred)
• HVAC System Repair (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Preventative Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
• HVAC Technician Experience (5 years of experience is preferred)
