Hotel - PM Bar Attendant

As an Evening Bartender , you’ll be an integral part of our Food & Beverage team, delivering excellent service at The Bistro and during catered events in our meeting spaces. You’ll craft beverages, serve food, and maintain the bar area while upholding Marriott’s high standards for guest service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and catered events

• Make Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks as required

• Prepare and deliver food orders accurately and promptly

• Follow Marriott’s Steps of Service and comply with all local health and safety regulations

• Manage transactions using the POS system; handle cash and credit payments responsibly

• Stock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and Bistro area

• Support catering events by providing bar and beverage service as needed

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is required

• Must have a positive attitude and strong commitment to excellent customer service

• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday evenings, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Knowledge of drink recipes, responsible alcohol service, and local liquor laws

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs)
