Senior Education Analyst - Retirement Services

You will collaborate with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams to propose and implement strategic retirement education meeting solutions.
- Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out personalized education meeting plans that align with client objectives. Evaluate plan structure, participant data, and incorporate Principal services and technologies to suggest strategic approaches.
- Content Development: Turn complex financial concepts into compelling, actionable content that drives behavioral change. Develop meeting materials and experiences that engage participants.
- Partnerships and Proposals: Partner with Relationship Managers and Education Strategists to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals. Analyze plan demographics and industry trends to guide recommendations and improve participant outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Education Strategists to ensure informative materials meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Manage the distribution of resources across multiple platforms.

Who You Are:- 2+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Analytical and critical thinking, consultative skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Capability to collaborate effectively across departments and sustain positive connections with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams.

- Wichita, KS: $55,800 - $75,600 / year
- Des Moines, IA: $58,900 - $79,800 / year
- Charlotte, NC: $62,000 - $84,000 / year
- Chicago/Minneapolis: $68,200 - $92,400 / year
- Los Angeles/New York City: $74,400 - $100,800 / year
Location
This role is open to remote work or hybrid work (3 days in office) for those within 30 miles of Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC.
