Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN in a CVOR setting
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and patient care
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control guidelines
• Participate in case preparation, circulating, and scrubbing as needed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
