Your Mission
Keep the folding line running smoothly, deliver consistent quality, and help the team in Fuquay-Varina, NC meet its production commitments. You'll combine precision, problem-solving, and safety to ensure every folded piece leaves the line ready for its next step.
What Success Looks Like- Reliable Production: You set up, operate, and watch over folding machines to ensure steady, efficient output.
- Quality at the Source: You catch and inspect folded products, correcting issues early and maintaining standards.
- Uptime Focus: You handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.
- Team Alignment: You communicate with coworkers to hit daily goals and deadlines.
- Safe and Organized: You keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures without exception.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail; able to follow established procedures.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
- Clear communicator with a cooperative, team-first mindset.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
