Job Summary

Are you prepared to lead an ambitious and dynamic team in a corporate dining environment? Our General Manager role is uniquely positioned to offer you the opportunity to craft the future of our high-performing account in Raleigh-Durham, NC. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding experiences to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting aspects related to the account
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the corporate dining account
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and provide top-quality food
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with our marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary, or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 5 years of foodservice operation experience as a GM or in a similar level role
• Essential high-volume production and catering experience
• Proven experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
