This full-time opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional fluent in Spanish and English who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role centers around managing high-volume personal injury cases, providing top-tier client communication, and maintaining detailed legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, offering updates and support throughout their case lifecycle
- Collect, organize, and analyze medical and damage-related documentation
- Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
- Manage all administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization
- Ensure consistent progress across 70+ active cases
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in personal injury law as a paralegal
- Fluent in both Spanish and English , written and spoken
- Comfortable managing high caseloads (70+ cases)
- Strong understanding of the North Carolina personal injury claims process (South Carolina experience may be considered)
- Experience drafting detailed settlement demands and communicating directly with attorneys and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
