We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee critical financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting processes. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including reviewing and reconciling accounts to maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review and approve journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and apply them to company practices.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and supporting audits.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience with journal entry preparation and review.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising teams.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
